 Base: Vinegar Date Tested: 5/27/2007 Notes:The famous White Sauce. Is there a recipie that appears in more books than this one? I have to admit I was really looking forward to it. The vinegar and black pepper really stuck with me. I don't know why I was suprised there was no sweetness in the sauce at all. I am going to give it a try on some meat.
