World Grand Champion pitmaster Mike Mills, of 17th Street Bar & Grill in O’Fallon, Illinois, will be giving demos and signing his James Beard-nominated book Peace, Love, and Barbecue on Saturday at Noon

His ribs were named Best Ribs in America by Bon Appetit magazine (Sept. ’07) and featured on the Food Network special “Bon Appetit Names the Best.”
The 17th Street Bar & Grill O’Fallon location is located on Highway 50, just four stoplights south of Highway 64.
